Awakening Potential:
Detox & Growth

Introduction

Spring is the season of growth, renewal, and fresh beginnings. After the inward stillness of winter, the Wood Element brings a rising energy that propels us into action—urging us to stretch, detoxify, and awaken our full potential. But if energy is blocked or depleted, this momentum can show up as frustration, tension, or emotional stagnation.

In Chinese medicine, spring is governed by the Liver and Gall Bladder—the organs responsible for decision-making, direction, and the smooth flow of Qi. When they’re in balance, we feel motivated, inspired, and ready to grow. When they’re not, we may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or off track.

This is the final workshop in a series of seasonal self-care sessions designed to empower you with practices that align with the energy of the Five Elements—nurturing your body, calming your mind, and strengthening your spirit throughout the year.

If you missed earlier workshops, each one stands alone, and the accompanying eBooks are available to support your seasonal journey.

This Workshop | Wood Element

In this 2-hour spring workshop, we’ll align with the vibrant, upward energy of the Wood Element to awaken energy, clear stagnation, and support your system’s natural detox processes. You’ll be guided through a flowing seasonal Qigong practice designed to nourish the Liver, stretch the tendons, and gently open circulation and breath.

We’ll explore the role of food, movement, and emotional flow in supporting Liver health—so you can feel lighter, more flexible, and ready to grow into the next version of yourself. You’ll also gain tools to navigate spring’s rising energy with clarity and balance.

Together, we’ll explore how to:

  • Detoxify the body and support Liver and Gall Bladder health

  • Use food, herbs, and movement to release stagnation and tension

  • Work with emotions like frustration and indecision

  • Cultivate vision, purpose, and emotional flexibility

  • Step into the season feeling lighter, clearer, and more energised

You’ll leave with practical, embodied tools to help you move forward with ease, direction, and vitality.

What’s included:
A flowing seasonal Qigong session, a printed folder of notes, a cup of warming tea, and a small tasting of spring-inspired nourishing food to support your experience.
