When this energy flows smoothly, the heart feels light and the mind calm. When it becomes excessive or depleted, restlessness, anxiety, and poor sleep can arise.

Rooted in the wisdom of Chinese medicine, this workshop helps you align with the Fire Element so you can move through summer with vitality, balance, and emotional ease.

This Workshop | Fire Element

Join Tania for a day of learning, reflection, and gentle movement as we align with the bright, connective energy of the Fire Element. Together, we’ll explore how to nurture the heart, calm the mind, and maintain joy and energy throughout the warmer months.

  • Flow with the Body Clock — understand how the Heart and Small Intestine (11 am–3 pm) support clarity, connection, and digestion, and how the Pericardium and San Jiao (7–11 pm) guide emotional relaxation and restorative sleep.

  • Cultivate Joy and Calm — learn simple practices to ease anxiety, settle the mind, and stay open-hearted without burning out.

  • Balance Activity and Rest — explore how to stay active and engaged while protecting your energy through mindfulness, pacing, and evening wind-down rituals.

  • Cool Down without Creating Internal Cold — discover cooking methods, hydration, and food choices that regulate heat while supporting digestion.

  • Taste the Season — learn about the bitter flavour and its role in cooling and supporting circulation, plus enjoy tasters and seasonal recipes for summer nourishment.

  • Practice Seasonal Qigong — experience heart-centered movement to balance Fire energy, release tension, and restore emotional harmony.

You’ll leave feeling calm, connected, and re-energised — with practical tools to care for your heart and mind through the summer season and beyond.
