Oriental Wisdom – Est. 2004

Tania Grasseschi is an acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist, wholefood counsellor and Qigong instructor with over 20 years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in women’s health, supporting menstrual and menopausal concerns, fertility, and care through pregnancy and beyond.

Based in Katoomba in the Blue Mountains, Tania offers a gentle, holistic approach grounded in Chinese medicine to help restore balance, energy, and wellbeing. She also shares her work through seasonal self-care workshops, Qigong classes, and ebooks.
