Da Yan – Wild Goose Qigong, 27 Movement – Rainy Day Practice

The Da Yan – Wild Goose Qigong, 27 Movement Rainy Day Practice is a refined sequence developed from the first 64 movements of the traditional Wild Goose Qigong system. Graceful, flowing, and deeply nourishing, this practice preserves the fundamental principles and energy-cultivating essence of the original form while offering a shorter, more adaptable sequence for days when outdoor practice is not possible.

Traditionally, Wild Goose Qigong is best practised outdoors in the early morning, facing west, with the rising sun at your back. On his many journeys to China to study with Grand Master Chen and his family, Simon Blow experienced the rhythm of daily practice in this way. When weather turned rainy or conditions made it impossible to be outside, the Rainy Day Practice was used to continue cultivating Qi with balance, grace, and vitality.

This workshop offers you the opportunity to:

  • Deepen your understanding of the Wild Goose Qigong tradition
