Exercise is important for both aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Oriental medicine recognizes the importance of exercise to maintain the flow of qi and blood within the body. Incorrect exercise can strain muscles and damage soft tissue so it is important to undertake any exercise routine with care.

Meridian Stretches are a wonderful series of stretches that stimulate each of the energy channels of the body.

Qi Gong means energy skill and is an ancient Chinese discipline that incorporates some mind work, breathing techniques, different movements, postures and meditation to enhance the flow of energy through the body.
