The I Ching (Book of Changes) is one of the oldest of the
Chinese Classics. It contains several layers of text with
numerous levels of interpretation. It is a book of fundamental
principles and can be read as a guide to comprehensive self-realisation.

The Ba Gua
The eight triagrams that are used to make up the sixty-four
hexagrams have close correspondences with the five fundamental
elements of Oriental Medicine.
Using the 9 Star Ki system of astrology to determine one's
birth correspondence with the eight triagrams allows for
a greater insight into our vulnerabilities and potentials
because of the strong link between mind and body. The primary
universal constant is change; our ability to adapt to change
gives an indication of one's level of health; it is only
resistance to change that results in ill health.
